What to Expect

  • I offer 1-on-1 coaching virtually. Wherever you may be in the world, I’m available.
  • I am a vault. Sessions are completely confidential.
  • There is no “right or wrong” for the frequency of your sessions. A majority of my clients meet with me bi-weekly or monthly. Some meet every other month. It is entirely up to you!
  • I use life coaching and experiential exercises while teaching The Hollywood® model. As a level II Reiki practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor, I also incorporate breathing and energy work in sessions.
